Searching how to improve SAT math usually means the section is leaking and mixed worksheets have not closed it. The useful answer is the same sequence Prepful uses for the whole test, narrowed to Math: a current number, one domain, a clock, then a review that names *why*. Prepful will not promise that algebra drills raise you N points. Algebra is about 35% of Digital SAT Math. If linear setup is the miss, more geometry will not hide it.
Get a Math number you did not invent
If you do not have a recent Math section score, do not guess 750 and build a fantasy week. A 480 Math student and a 680 Math student do not need the same problem set. The first job is a current 200–800 and a named domain.
Diagnostic, calculator, or official Math
Take the 16-question free diagnostic if you have no recent pair of section scores. It estimates a range and a first weak skill. It is not a Bluebook Math module. If that search is what you typed, read SAT diagnostic vs practice test first.

Write the Math gap, then stop adding books
A target without a gap is a wish. Write current Math, target Math, and the domain that actually missed. Then stop stacking a second workbook, a formula PDF, and a weekend of random SAT math practice questions. None of those replace "linear equations are leaking."
Start with Algebra unless the diagnostic said otherwise
Digital SAT Math is four domains. SAT math practice is the section hub — not a timed full Math exam. Weights below are Prepful's shares for this test, not a College Board press release.

Start with Algebra unless the diagnostic already named data or geometry. Algebra and Advanced Math are the same size. Algebra is the one with a public skill page, and linear setup shows up inside word problems you thought were "percent."
What algebra-first actually looks like
Two or three sessions on one skill family — linear equations in one variable, then systems, then inequalities — beats a mixed packet that hides the leak. Full Study Guides stay behind login. The public Algebra page is the intro: six skills, one original sample, then practice in the app.
Calculator access on every Digital SAT Math item does not fix distributing a negative. Desmos will graph what you typed. It will not catch that you solved for the wrong quantity in the story. If the leak is not algebra
Follow the diagnostic. If ratios and percents collapsed, do not hide in quadratics. If a right triangle is the miss, do that triangle. The rule is still one domain, not "cover SAT Math." Public pages for Advanced Math, data, and geometry are not live yet; the product drills still are.
Put a clock on mixed Math after the method sticks
Untimed perfect accuracy is a different sport. Once the method is familiar, put a clock on a short mixed set. The Digital SAT is adaptive by module: a sloppy Math Module 1 still caps what you see in Module 2. "I knew it when I saw the explanation" is not a score.

If you searched `sat math study plan`, that calendar belongs on the SAT study plan tool: exam date, hours you actually have, Math weeks rotating with Reading and Writing. It is a rule outline. It does not promise a Math gain, and this article will not become a second study-plan URL.
Save a Bluebook full-length for a checkpoint after the skill work is aimed. Do not burn an official sitting as Monday homework. Harder Module 2 is a later wedge, not week one — see hardest SAT practice test only if Module 1 is already stable.
A weekly shape that survives school
- Two focused algebra (or named-domain) sessions.
- One mixed timed Math set, even if it is short.
- One review pass that only looks at misses and almost-misses.
Pax, Prepful's study buddy, is for the stuck moment on a live item. It is not a replacement for that week, and it is not Khan Academy's skill library. Use Khan when you need a concept video; use Prepful when you need the next named drill.
Review the miss, then stop adding worksheets
A mistake bank only helps if you tag *why*. "Wrong" is not a tag. "Distributed a negative," "solved for x when the story asked for total cost," "ran out of time on Module 2" are. Redo the same skill within 48 hours.
If you only screenshot explanations, you are collecting, not practicing. The next mixed set will reproduce the same setup error with a new story.
What not to do
- Do not grind every Khan Math skill tile because the map is complete. Pick the leaking domain. The long version of that split is Khan Academy SAT practice.
- Do not treat a 16-question diagnostic range as a Math score you could send to a college.
- Do not open a fake full SAT math practice test on this site. SAT math is a hub. Official full-length Math lives in Bluebook.
- Do not promise yourself a 150-point Math jump from a new book. Finish one sequence.
- Do not split SAT and ACT Math "to be safe." Pick one test, then put the hours there.
Improving SAT Math is mostly subtraction: fewer sloppy algebra errors, fewer untimed habits, fewer weeks on domains that were already fine. Name the leak, start with Algebra unless the diagnostic said otherwise, then mix with a clock. The SAT study plan will hold the calendar if you want it to. It still will not promise that you gain N points.
