How the mastery ring is cut.

What the quiz is measuring.

After a diagnostic names words in context, put RW weeks on the study plan. The longer method is how to improve SAT Reading and Writing. If you still need a total, use the score calculator. A 16-question diagnostic is not a vocabulary test and not a Bluebook exam.

Vocabulary questions

Why this page exists.

Is this a 2000-word SAT vocabulary list?

No. Prepful does not host a public 2000-word dump. The catalog is 300 words in the Vocab Sprint, shown as three lists of 100. This page is a five-item quiz plus that honest count.

How many SAT vocab words does Prepful have?

The Vocab Sprint catalog is 300 words. Mastery is reported in four tiers (Core, High-utility, Advanced, Wide net). The words themselves stay behind login so this page cannot fake a table.

Are these official College Board SAT questions?

No. The five items are original words-in-context questions written for this page. Official items live in College Board materials and Bluebook. Prepful is not affiliated with the College Board.

Should I memorize SAT vocabulary?

Not as a list you can recite and still miss in a stem. Digital SAT vocabulary is almost always words in context. Use the quiz to feel that craft, then practice the 300-word sprint inside sentences — not as flashcards you never miss.

Is this the same as a SAT vocabulary test?

Yes — the five-item quiz is the public test. We do not split a second URL at /sat/vocabulary-test. It is not a Bluebook module and not the 16-question diagnostic.

Practice the rest on Prepful.

Take the 16-question diagnostic if you lack a range, then follow the 300-word sprint instead of a fake dump.
