Support

Need help with Prepful? Email support@prepful.ai from the address on your account. We reply within one business day. This page covers how to reach us, what to include, and where to handle billing or account deletion yourself.

Include your Prepful account email, the device or browser you use, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help for app or billing issues. Do not send passwords or one-time codes.

Billing and subscriptions

Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe. iOS and Android subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your Prepful account does not cancel a store subscription — cancel it in the store where you purchased it to stop future charges.

For refunds, see the refund policy in our Terms. Email support@prepful.ai with your order date and the email on the receipt.

Account and privacy

To change your email, test date, or study plan, open the app and go to Me. To permanently delete your account and associated app data, follow the steps on Delete your Prepful account. Privacy questions are covered in our Privacy policy.

App, login, and study tools

If the app will not open, log in, or load a drill, try a current iOS, Android, or desktop browser, confirm you are signed in with the same email, and send us the screen you were on plus the time of the error. For Digital SAT or ACT study questions — diagnostics, daily missions, mocks, or Pax — tell us the question or topic so we can look it up. Pax explanations should match the published item; if they do not, email us and we will fix it.

Prepful is not affiliated with College Board or ACT, Inc. Official SAT® and ACT® rules and scores always win if something in the app disagrees.
